The ability to make changes to site wide styles. You could, for example, change the background colour of every page on the site just by changing one line of code in the CSS file.

  Being sure that your site content and services are made accessible to all, including those who are visually impaired, needing to view text in specific colours or enlarged fonts, or those that are unable to use a mouse or keyboard, has become a major issue over the past few years with lawsuits being taken out against some companies who fail to meet these requirements. This situation has led to the birth of the 'Web Accessibility' standard.
